until 3:45 PM, Sonoma Room C
In the 1980s there were two questions that were answered during the commissioning process. (1) Is there a 20-degree delta-T across the evaporator coil and (2) is there "enough" air blowing from the registers?
In today's HVACR industry, what is "enough" air, and what delta-T is the "right" delta-T? In this session, attendees will learn how to effectively teach their students the proper techniques to commission a system that operates with electronically commutated motors. Although the topics of proper system set-up and start-up will be the main focus of this session, attendees are encouraged to bring their own ECM-related questions to this must-attend breakout class.
