Basic system and system components are similar for both refrigeration and air conditioning and this course can be applied both.
As part of this course, trainees complete several Knowledge Checks to validate their training and identify subject areas where
additional review/training are recommended. A certificate of completion will be provided to all participants who successfully complete the course.
Topics covered in this course include:
- Measuring heat including Sensible and Latent heat
- Evaporation and condensation
- Operating temperatures and change of pressure
- Superheat and subcooling
- Basic refrigeration components
- Liquid and Vapor states.
