Provide a description of the session as you would want to see it listed in the conference program, if accepted. (Tell attendees why they should come to your session.) Have you ever wondered why a lesson is received well by some viewers and not others? Maybe its in the delivery since different generations of learners consume content in different ways, and its not really their fault, it may be how they have been taught to learn is different than you were taught.
Since the 1950's we have been on a rollercoaster of information access that has shaped our learners preference for evaluating material and digesting content. Let's go over the learning habits of Boomers, GenX, GenY, and GenZ to better understand how they have each been taught different ways of consuming the same type of content and how you can be more effective at delivering your own content to different generations of learners. They all want the same thing: YOUR CONTENT just delivered in THEIR way of understanding it.
