Jeff Warther has been in the HVAC/R industry for over 35 years. Currently working for the Chemours Company (formally DuPont) , as a Training Manager / Business Development Manager. He has also held training positions at the Carrier Corporation (OEM manufacturer) and Habegger Corporation (HVAC distributor).
Work experience: HVAC/R technician (Kroger Company), HVAC trainer / service manager (Habegger Corporation), National HVAC trainer / Product Support Engineer / Product Manager (Carrier Corporation), Segment Marketing Manager (Danfoss) and HVAC/R trainer /Business Development Manager (Chemours Company).
Education / Certifications: HVAC/R certificate (Great Oaks Vocational School), "Universal" EPA 608 certification, NATE Certifications in Air Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration servicing, an Associate-degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology (Cincinnati State College), a Bachelor-degree in Business Management (Indiana Institute of Technology).
Member of AHRI's Safe Refrigerant Transition Task Force (SRTTF). Previously, Program Chair for ASHRAE Technical Committee (TC) 8.11.
